Did a za'taar breaded chicken, with rice and roasted sweet potato slices. The sauce was an experiment and it wasn't it. Tahini lemon sauce with garlic and olive oil. Needed to just commit to a traditional sauce 🫠

This would work if my ADHD brain didn't make me look off randomly off screen already. My team is fully used to it and doesn't even notice anymore while I randomly start up at the heavens.
