I’m happy to climb that hill. The foundation of this country is The Constitution and Rule of Law. If you don’t understand what the Rule of Law means then I just can’t with you anymore either. Guess you’re a Pam Bondi fan 🤪😂

Not at all. We are wasting time with the ride or die Trump supporters. They are unmovable. The MAGA candidates in 2026 will just be more of an unstable future. America isn’t a country that terrorizes communities or puts the military on our streets. Tariffs will make these high prices go much higher

How many did you win over? The worst of the MAGA in this administration and out is relatively small, but their amplification makes them seem larger than they are. Not every Republican is a Nazi and we need to show them that we aren’t who they thought we were. Trump’s numbers keep dropping. We win

I guess you didn’t see the uptick in young men, white, black, and Hispanic, and some young women who voted Republican this last election. I don’t hear Republican women pointing a finger and blaming men for all the problems. I hear it from Dem women. BTW, I’ve never listened to a Joe Rogan podcast

We are speaking to those who already know. It’s amazing some of the things that the Fox viewer never even heard and what they did hear was either a half truth or so twisted it wasn’t true at all. The target audience is independents and minorities

It’s Obama’s initiative and he wasn’t the first. Young men are at a crossroads and don’t know where they belong. This isn’t just a white or black thing, it crosses all races and economic backgrounds. Who’s committing mass shootings? Young white males. It’s not limited to race

It didn’t work this past election, what makes you think it will work for the next election? We need to try a different approach. Facts, data, and warnings didn’t do it. It’s how they feel and the polls are showing it. And it will only get worse

Orban they elected. They voted for Trump’s policies but they didn’t vote for what they are seeing or understand how it will negatively affect their lives. Maybe actual pictures and interviews from the people might break through and give them pause to think

Many of the American population doesn’t know what fascism is or the difference between socialism and communism. They see the optics of Trump and believe his spiel. They don’t hear the negative aspect from Fox or other right wing media. Or they don’t understand or pay attention. Orban today isn’t the

But the shoe doesn’t fit for all men and when I heard a candidate announce they were running and they started out by saying, sorry I’m just another white male in a primary with a sizable number of women and multiple races I thought what if a female did that? Apologize for their race or gender, never

We are raised to be polite which also makes us vulnerable. There are plenty of great women who don’t expect or demand an equally great man. Why do we settle for less or find the bad boy more attractive?

Melissa @melsbully.bsky.social · 17/09/2025
And women need to do better as well. Blaming white men for all the problems in this country, or the overuse of misogyny or misogynistic, and toxic masculinity. The negative attitude towards men is mainly coming from Democrats women and many men don’t feel welcome

Melissa @melsbully.bsky.social · 17/09/2025
Why would you go there or assume that? Nothing about his statement included race or even alluded to it. Not everyone is out to get you and others can see or sense it and it repels people rather than wanting them to engage further

I’m tired of hearing what you’re peddling. You demand? That demand requires getting Democrats elected as the majority party. Then passing legislation that turns norms into laws. Gone are the days of thinking that elected representatives are honorable people

I still believe that there are more good people than bad. We’ve survived situations like this before and I believe we will again. When interacting with those on the other side, I’m always civil and I tell them that I’m not the enemy or the stereotype that Republicans tell you I am

I heard someone say the other day, Biden on his worst day would still have been better than Trump on his best day. The fact that all the Republicans voted to confirm some of the worst cabinet nominees despite knowing they were bad is inexcusable

I think a better idea would be to show them what life is like under fascist rule. Video interviews of the people living in Hungary. Historical footage of Mussolini and Italian life under him. Instead of just a word, make it a living word. Reality

Why not use white nationalist? I’m going by data and opinion polls that our use of words like fascist or Nazi worked against us more than for us in terms of attracting more voters, and at the end of the day the one with the most votes wins

I remember in Trumps first term if someone was killed, Trump’s first question was, are they Muslim? He seemed to take on the tone that the only good Muslim is a dead Muslim.

I had the same thought. I don’t have to mourn him at all. I was also thinking about his statement that the second he is more important than the loss of some lives. I wonder if his wife and family feel the same way currently

I’m not saying you are wrong, but others saw it differently when it came to those you mentioned. Whether it was war, race, segregation, or political ideology, they felt wronged or threatened. I can’t denounce one and justify another

If Republicans were truly concerned about toning down the rhetoric and having civil discourse in Congress, then they should stand together and go to the source first. That would be Trump, Vance, Stephen Miller, Don Jr and Bannon. I’m not saying Democrats are innocent, but it will only get worse if

Only Trump could divide the evangelicals. Those with him have very much in common. They are both racists and believe that the ends justify the means. How many mulligans have they given him so far? They are just using each other for their own benefit

Trump sees himself as a strong tough negotiator. I see a weak pussy being played by Putin and more Ukrainians are dying while Trump issues deadlines and nothing comes of it. Putin is weak and vulnerable right now and we should arm Ukraine with everything we got

When will these farmers figure out that Trump really doesn’t give a damn about you. Last time I remember one saying I want to be out farming rather than having to rely on government money to keep them afloat because Trump screwed them over with his to little to late trade deals.

Listening to Steve Bannon and Steven Miller yesterday, I felt threatened by them just for being a Democrat. We are domestic terrorists and Antifa. Bust through their doors and round them up as if we were a genuine threat to America

I think the singer from the band Imagine Dragons is Mormon and grew up in Utah. I think he opened a place where Mormons who were gay could go and talk to others or maybe a therapist. The singer talked about being shunned by the family and their suicide rates. I don’t know the family dynamics other

I could believe that. I say just compare the body count. We could start with the guy who shot up the Walmart in El Paso. He was inspired by Trump’s rhetoric about Mexican criminals illegally or invading our southern border

I saw how it bothered or upset some because it wasn’t an accurate portrayal of all Republicans. I think we can do better and make the point without the use of Nazi or inflammatory word

Nazi is just the shortened term for National Socialist. They were racist and anti Semitic. It was authoritarian rule that also included violence. It’s name calling to me just like what Republicans do. For decades the GOP has pounded propaganda about Democrats into the minds of Republicans. It wasn’t

But the word gets tossed around so much it’s lost the punch that it once had. If you had called someone a Nazi 30-40 years ago it wasn’t taken lightly. The Nazi Party was a political party. How many of those under 30 know much beyond the basics of what occurred when Hitler was in power?

I knew who he was but I’d be really listened to him before. After viewing his favorite quotes, I can’t imagine anyone thinking he was a Christian or a conservative. If anything I would hope that people become more mindful of the words they say. If you espouse hate it might come back at you

But that was in the 1870’s. By the 1930’s and 40’s they managed to start polishing up their image, but the underbelly remained. Just a little more hidden under the white robe and white hood. The evangelicals have rejected Catholics over Mary and her more prominent role in Catholicism. Every time I

Republicans only care about money and power. Selling the dream gets them the votes to remain in power. Phrases like they’ll get over it, in reference to Medicaid cuts so that the wealthy can get their tax cut couldn’t be more blatant that they don’t care about their average everyday voters

Melissa @melsbully.bsky.social · 15/09/2025
The hate they have is the inability to live the American dream. Every year there are fewer what is considered middle class, while the category of million and billionaires keeps growing. Unless this country focuses on building up the middle class, the hate and finger pointing will only increase

Uneducated doesn’t mean stupid. Plenty of educated people also voted for Trump. How many times have people voted for that trickle down bullshit? Four times I believe that they have fallen for the con. Republicans sell the dream that they will restore America to what it was like in the late 40’s-50’s

Many still consider themselves as conservative Republicans. They are just never Trumpers. Trump and his supporters are the true Rinos. I don’t use terms like Nazis. It accomplishes nothing. If not voting for a pathological liar and convicted felon makes me a radical lunatic then sign me up.

I just watched the video of Charlie Kirk’s greatest quotes and I thought about the formation of the KKK. They called themselves a Christian organization and still do today. Thousands joined because being Christian is good. Put a white hood on Kirk and you couldn’t tell the difference
