My brother had one of these. It had a little white brick of fuel, about the size of a Lego piece, that went into a slot and heated the water. Presumably he used a match to light the stuff. Smelled divine. 😁

I wonder if contemporary art (studied many years from now) will reflect the use of the phone for the consumption of news in the same way - the stillness and concentration of the subject would remain, I think.
