Dark thoughts ahead: Which makes the moments where I was most afraid feel less valid. Was I wrong to think that I might not wake up when I almost passed out in the ER waiting room? I only had my blood drawn, but my blood pressure read over 200/120. That’s real bad, but I didn’t have other symptoms.

I can’t really tell if any of it is hyperbolic. Maybe I made it worse by being anxious. Maybe it was never so threatening at all. Can you panic yourself into a cardiac emergency? I guess so. Seems weird. I know people with way worse health issues than me.

It’s not stupid at all. You have a delicate style from the simple prose and pastel colors. It makes the setting feel comfortable and inviting. The lack of context outside the room keeps the focus on the characters’ relationship, and the points you make about haves and have-nots is salient. ❤️❤️
