Hebel™ block on top of a cement and brick footer ... This is where the rat was spotted ... To the left there are two vertical lines, scratches. I can't remember them before, and yes I would have or of. Giggles.
This was where the rat looked to be the other cctv is 6 metres to the right. Also there are pink circles around the vertical lines
There is an oval pink around the joint of the Hebel blocks and bricks, as I didn't think the rat was as high as the vertical lines
