The foxes are huge and come out in the day time all the time in my neighborhood in Virginia. This summer I had to abruptly run out of a Teams meetings to save a cat because I saw a fox outside my window carrying it in its mouth! Luckily it dropped it when I yelled and it seemed ok.

I’ve been watching a lot of World Cup games and there are just huge discrepancies with how fouls are being called in the box. Also the US red card tonight was just total rubbish when I’ve been watched at least 7 games and seen wayyyyyyy worse and barely any even yellow cards.

This week I started burning scented candles at my desk to soothe myself during the work day. I definitely recommend it! A small thing makes a big difference.

I don’t really meal prep but I do cook basic fresh-ish stuff and eat leftovers. Doing this seems to create an ungodly amount of dishes, so if I’m not running the dishwasher once a day then I’m probably NOT eating healthy.
