one thing I'll be looking for in any nutrition post is what company is affiliated with the post. for example, if the company Coca-Cola is stating that UPF's are healthy for you Id know it's a bias post, since they sell UPF's and most likely saying that for more consumers. #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

UPFs are really misleading, and not everyone is aware of them. Many people eat UPFs daily, thinking thats what normal food is supposed to taste like, and last. What I found was a coffee creamer that has multiple toxic ingredients when its easy to just make creamer at home with simple ingredients.

I found Toms story very emotional. I think the part where he knew he wasn't physically healthy, but he kept pushing food down felt real. I think his story makes me want to be intentional into what I consume. for clients I think its important to remember how everyone deserves a life of good quality.

A barrier I chose to write about from table 3 is lack of time to plan or shop. an experience that I'd like to share is going to work after school I don't have much time to get food, so I end up eating egg noodles with butter and salt. I noticed I'm missing a lot of my main nutrients. #beh353

This paper touches on the issues of ED. There are a lot of people who are dealing with ED who don't understand the physiology of what's going on when people restrict food, but only see what they want to see from the outside. There should be more education when it comes to food and the human body.
