Yesterday, we finally knocked off the relentless 6,000ft climb of the Watzmann, hard work but well worth it! Today we’re taking a rest by swimming in the Hintersee lake. They veered off the empty shoreline and plonked themselves down not 10 metres from us, the only people (and naked) on the vast beach.
