He’s not being treated well. The Judge is showing no patients towards him and his lawyers and is very very angry. We just don’t see it because this isn’t a televised trial. This is going almost exactly the same way the defamation case against Alex Jones went.

I posted this already but it doesn’t actually seem like the endgame here is to actually fight Hamas. The Palestinian civilian death toll is nearing the Ukrainian civilian death toll at an alarmingly faster rate. It’s only going to accelerate even faster now that fuel is being withheld.

I feel the issue is that currently the actions of the Israeli state here are just going to create another version of Hamas. Maybe stop treating the Palestinian people like prisoners in their own land and maybe that will make it harder for insurgent groups to convince others to join them.

I have criticisms for my federal gov’t for sure, however I actually think this is the best way to handle things with the hospital blast in Gaza. At this point in time I have to agree that protecting the lives of innocent Palestinians is of more importance then who is responsible.

Hamas is bad and should be condemned for their attack on civilians. However Biden is playing with fire by enabling the Israel state who are in turn causing even more civilian deaths. Hamas killed 1400 civilians in their attack, and so far 3000 Palestinian civilians are dead. So who’s worse?
