Tonight for dinner... Rosemary Roasted Butternut Squash Rose dressed with balsamic glaze, honey, pepitas, dried cranberries & feta 😋

It's plated on 6+ year old plastic Minecraft plate to keep it classy

The squash rose post 400° roast. The squash is sliced and then layered to kinda resemble a rosemary, however it's definitely lopsided

The sliced Squash layered to resemble a rose prior to cooking, it looked much more centered. Tried to be fancy again and get the scraps and knife in the background.
