MYTH: I don’t have to worry about UV exposure in autumn 🍂 Cooler weather does NOT mean there’s no UV. Your skin can still be exposed to UV, even if you are in the UK and it’s cloudy. Remember, check your weather apps rather than relying on temperature. (1/2)
