What a day that was! Glad to be a part of Once on This Island at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane. Certainly a night to remember. Photo by Danny Kaan

Anybody else wake up this morning, looking around? The world is richer for their existence and poorer for their passing.

Now I know the Windies haven’t been on form for decades. But Ben Duckett in the field is a marvel to behold. He snatched so many Windies deliveries out of the air. He was everywhere. A virtual fielding Spider-Man. The England bowlers were brilliant but that fielding was a masterclass. #cricket

Had the best time at the album signing and seeing all you gorgeous folks who came out to see us and spend some time with us. Can’t thank you enough! Was so great to see my babies too. My heart is full.

Did Graham do his tribute to Terry Wogan after song 7? It’s when you’re forgotten is when you’re actually gone.

That kid from Luxemburg is genuinely so talented. I think that’s the perfect Eurovision song!

That Latvia entry reminds me of that production of Bakkhai that I did at the Almeida some years ago.

I might be the only person in the world to find the negging of the commentators in the Eurovision just tedious and tiresome. I’m prepared to be the only one.

I normally never agree with lists, or rankings, but the little snippets in this article are a wonder. And the breadth of Wonder’s artistry is simply astounding. Happiest Birthday to this great artist!

Tina closing is completely unexpected, no? I didn’t expect this at all. I thought it was doing so well! I’m sorry for all those who will be losing their opportunities.

It must be a heck of a thing to do a one person show, acting against yourself, making the whole world yourself! Super interesting trend, certainly not a new device, and done to great acclaim, see Sarah Snook, Jodie Comer & Andrew Scott. And now Cynthia Erivo is added to the fray. Interesting times!

Currently listening to Oliver Sacks ‘Seeing Voices’ and enthralled by the innateness of signed languages. I grew up around many D/deaf people as my parents worked in education of individuals who are deaf & knew some ASL in my youth. I’d love to start to learn BSL. Please point me to some resources.

I am trying to prioritise rest and new chapters for myself but boy is the Universe testing my resolve. Saying no is sometimes hard. But it’s also necessary, especially when you’re building a dream.

Listening to the Billie Jean King autobiography and the chapter on her friendship with Elton John and realising that it was no strange thing at all that she was at & Juliet Broadway. She’s a pop girl through and through!

My brave girl loves the Sewing Bee! My nervous girl is still figuring out the telly.
