I think all my blocked follows are included in the count. But even then, my number of follows doesn't sum up to 66.

Actually, I'm not sure if the "number of followers" gets properly decremented when someone unfollows you. At least my profile shows an inaccurate number of followers as I mentioned here: bsky.app/profile/meko... I would love to understand why if someone has a good answer :-)
