i should be in bed, but my brain wont shut up. I have a 9:20 tee time tomorrow, and not sure thats gonna happen (due to sleep and the fact that i tweaked my back). to save myself some time i made a turkey egg and cheese muffin with sriracha mayo and a drizzle of maple syrup to warm up in the morning

*inserts joke about tiger being vegetarian* But seriously, you can do some pretty amazing stuff with tofu and other plant based proteins. You can get plant based almost anything that is chicken pork or beef. and then just substitute it, like normal and adjust seasoning as needed.
