If Serbia actually wanted to do something for the people of Zvornik, they would lay a few hundred extra meters of track and rebuild a station approximately where the old "Zvornik Grad" station used to be. BiH residents of Zvornik could then access it by foot via the King Alexander Bridge

But from a transit perspective it makes even less sense. Zvornik Novi station is on the main line to Tuzla, which is currently virtually useless now due to lack of collaboration between ŽRS and ŽFBH. If there was service from Sarajevo and Zvornik Novi via Tuzla and Doboj, this would make sense.

This is another interesting note - ŽTO Novi Sad is crossed out and replaced with ŽTP Beograd. I just realized I know nothing about the takeover of the Novi Sad branch. Did it happen after the 1988 "Yoghurt revolution" and Milošević's takeover of Vojvodina? More research is needed!

Passengers from Split look exhausted, they've been on this train for hours. A couple of guys at Karlovac tried to get full sized mountain bikes on board, but were denied as there's no space and there's explicitly no bikes on this service. There are some folded scooters on board though...
