My 15 little babies are almost all grown and ready for their next transition in life. These cats have been in full feast mode. We picked up so much dill, parsley and fennel over the past two weeks. I first noticed them about a week before my mom passed away earlier this month. It’s a sign for sure.

It’s been a picture perfect day here in Chicago. We’ve had blue skies mixed with clouds and a nice flowing breeze. We tended to what’s been thriving so far, finished a few more planters here and there and still have a few more to go. Plus, we’re waiting on some new end tables.

The reason I did this is because I will always have those goto voicemails saved. I will always be able to hear her beautiful voice whenever I need to. My mother passed away Sunday, June 7th. Her name was Marilyn. (1945-2026)
