8 Temmuz 2024’te BM GK’da Taşkent Deklarasyonu'nun, en az 1 yıl nitelikli ve ücretsiz erken çocukluk eğitimi ve bakımı hizmetlerinin çocuklara sunulması önerisi karara bağlanırken, bu yazı, bu hizmetlerden yararlanan dezavantajlı çocuklara sırtını dönmekten başka 1 şey değildir!
