Or we devise ways to guarantee the data does not leave a secure environment. I really need to start working with this to get a better idea about what's what. Anyway, your Paper Factory is a great starting point for this!

When I asked "Support Claude" on the Claude Code website what happens to my survey data if I give Claude Code access to it I got this reply. Does not sound like it stays on your machine...

I guess data protection officers (at least in D) will not be happy with "mostly safe". Could you point me to this discussion? I did not see it unfortunately. Maybe there is still room for those working with German panel data or Nordic registers (also b/c your factory requires good documentation) ;)

Thank you @pengzell.bsky.social , truely facinating! I wondered if/how this this can be used with restricted and confidential data. If the data leaves your local machine during the process this would be a breach of most confidentiality agreements I know of.

Yes, hybrid could be a way to combine the benefits of online and offline formats. But we are only starting to understand all of this, we definitely need more research

Thank you! My data suggests that online courses are less beneficial for both women's and men's careers compared to in-person courses. Men profit more because they do more in-person courses. Why online courses are less beneficial is still an open question, could be course design, could be recognition
