Exactly! Having worked in a school-you can’t get an aspirin or a band aid- but we’re expected to believe they’re performing complicated surgery Where in the cafeteria between breakfast and lunch?

I found 2 local family owned restaurants where the food is amazing The prices are reasonable and everything is fresh Stay away from chains One is Greek and the other is Mexican Healthy options can be found but it isn’t easy

I’m more concerned about getting around the blocked words It takes effort to block a word someone creative is getting one over on a victim -trying to get some control over their life Just say what you mean the people who don’t want to hear can avoid the conversation

Some algorithms block the words rape & rapists the writer is trying to get around it Unfortunately many victims block “rape and rapist” because seeing the words can be triggering The person writing the misspelling is actually re- traumatizing many victims trying to protect themselves

That’s cool- teaching the next generation. I was asked by grandkids why I don’t need a fidget spinner- I think because knitting has the same calming effect on me that fidget spinners have on them and then there’s a present to give to someone.

I used to do popcorn-my students did not know popcorn was a seed Only saw it as bags in a microwave Asked me why I brought little stones and used an air popper Put the seeds on damp paper towel in plastic bags Few days later brought in small pots of soil and grew popcorn in the classroom

Enjoyed a Badger game on Saturday Noticed that Wi-comes together for Bucky Fl- has rivalries between campuses It is divisive and gets weird in sports bars This game was refreshing Some friends didn’t go to college - some attended other schools but all cheer for Badgers
