Fair pay for our lowest-paid workers.
We're fighting for livable minimum salaries for roles that are undervalued by the market but crucial to keeping Kickstarter running. We believe none of our workers should struggle to make ends meet.

Folks tend to tune out when disabled people speak up We warned that Covid would be a mass disabling event We said failure to normalize masks would lead to mask bans We pleaded for support & solidarity. We knew tossing the vulnerable to the wayside would pave the way for fascism We were right.
