I always make sure my ballot puts a Liberal candidate last. It will be hard for me to decide last place between Liberal and One Nation in future elections. That is, of course, unless there is a hard right independent running. I don't slavishly follow how to vote cards. I think about who to vote for!

Please do tell what this government has done for the elderly, the disabled and youth. I can't think past what is being done to the NDIS, affecting the elderly and disabled and the reality for our youth regarding education, housing and rent and that social security benefits are so low.

I liked the last two sentences your comment, but want to point out that the golf club grant is not for any building for the club, it is to be used to prevent sewage finding it's way into, I think the Cooks River, when it rains. I think this is definitely environmentally friendly and necessary.

Interestingly, here in Western Australia, when employed in the State's Public Service you are able to work beyond the sixty seven year retirement age but you become ineligible for Worker's Compensation cover. Those insurance actuaries seem to know a thing or two about age related issues!
