Meg @megducks.bsky.social · 27/07/2025Recovery is okay. I’m so bloated, but it’s starting to get better. I can be a bad patient, but I’m trying to go slow and do better with this recovery. It’s hard when I shouldn’t lift anything and the trash needs to be taken out or laundry needs to be done though. It has to be done. 000
