A great talk about the impact of adenomyosis on IVF outcomes in women undergoing FET. This study found adenomyosis negatively impacted outcomes and they discussed GnRH analogue use pre-treatment to negate this. @eshre.bsky.social @theeshre5.bsky.social #ESHRE26

Do you use the Endometriosis Fertility Index in practice? During a talk today, it was noted this is one of very few validated, reliable methods used to prognosticate fertility in endometriosis patients with very good evidence to support its use. @eshre.bsky.social @theeshre5.bsky.social #ESHRE2026
