The highlight of my day was going to Walmart specifically to find my boyfriend a deer headband with tail so we can both be deer for my birthday party (I found mine at a consignment shop a month ago)

The costume portion of my bday is gonna be a heck of a variety, my bf is doing his renfaire fit, I'm wearing things from my closet, and our friend appears to be HAND PAINTING cloak of some sort.

Alternatively, I think maybe I'll do a few more like these and not share them and put them up as an NPC design pack, perhaps some DM out there will enjoy the style.

No Halloween specific comms this year, especially after learning I will have to be full time at the day job (closer to 45hrs a week because of mandatory 1hr breaks that I can't go home for) the last 2 weeks of October :T

Also: this piece is share a lot is about how uncomfortable Circe is in the twisted "society" that has been built around her. Rather than a flavorful and lively meal of a communal village, it's unappealing, lonely despite her servants, and even sacreligious.

(OC) (Circe) Illustration, a large feast in a elaborate hall is set out in front of a single young diner with goats horns and ears in frilly clothes while two servants wait on her. The walls are lined with mirrors and taxidermy deer. Behind the seated girl is a large fire place with candles along the mantle. From the ceiling hangs an ornate chandelier.

I think I'll call them Mirror Finish and Duvelleroy, and I think these make pretty good drag names and boy-mode names for a pair of ponies so I won't think of it any harder lol.

Art Friends: I wish to pitch a digital illus. class @ my city rec job but recognize CSP can be expensive or annoying as a subscription, what programs should I look into that a) can be used on most tablets and PCs, B) contains most features, and C) has a low/free cost of entry?

The lessons I have learned are: just use the mixer; I can use plain piping bags/simple ziploc as the shaped tips make it harder; 4 eggs will be enough; prepare to use upwards of 3 hours (1 for cooking at 225, 2 for setting); apply eyes with icing last (and don't try to make black with pastels)

While I wait for my meringues I'm reading the manga I traded my old HP collection for at my local trade-in store and while many of the prices there have gone up stupidly, sometimes I find great things like Tamon's B-Side 1-3 for $3.50 each!

Wanted to make these duck meringues I saw online ahead of my bday but clearly should've gotten piping bags without tips (all my ziploc are not good for them) we'll see how they cook lmao

tieflings aside, anything like "is this such and such fanfic" or "I see the ____inspiration lol" or "is she based on so and so" is usually unwelcome haha. mostly you're wrong, for one thing. I have no idea what that is haha. secondarily, it suggests you think I'm copying or at worst plagiarizing

Re: New Art I personally hate the look of a man with a bob, even the characters that still get me to swoon I think would look better if they had different hair. I am pro Ferdinand with long hair and Howl should have a highly styled 80s do.

The answer for all ailments is soup. Tummy troubles? Bouillon soup. Cold and flu? Chicken Soup. Need a good cry? Also Chicken Soup (but for the soul). Muscle aches? Fill bath, Become soup.
