I have seen the Sissy Spacek film so I know what happens but the modernization details are especially sad in this adaptation. I love Mike Flanagan.

This is exactly what I need. Was the experience super overwhelming to “relive” the trauma? Or was it easier to deal with in the moment?

Omg this makes me so sad! I would RSVP yes to your wedding even though I am merely an internet friend.

Alright yall question for the group: anyone have any experience doing EMDR? What was it like? Did it help you? Please tell me about your experience if you feel comfortable! This is a judgment free zone.

I procrastinated watching Obsession because I thought it would be too scary. The man and I are laughing our asses off. The actress who plays Nikki is incredible.

I need new headphones. If you have really nice noise-cancelling headphones that you really love can you please recommend them?

Music is healing ♥️ one of my favorite things I’ve learned from my therapist is that singing actually stimulates the vagus nerve which helps calm the nervous system. It’s literally medicine.

She’s in my headphones currently and I’m in love with these songs they’re so good. Our friend Dylan Rockoff produced the record too and he’s equally talented and a lovely person. His solo work is also worth a listen.

My lovely wonderful friend Tess Marshall is a singer-songwriter, actress, & broadway performer (Titanique). Her album comes out soon but she has two singles out on Spotify and Apple Music. ‘Cause I Told You To and A Good Thing!!

The person who is supposed to be training me is off today. Didn’t tell me. I still have an outstanding issue from yesterday and I have to bug my boss to figure it out because she can’t be bothered to do what she was asked.
