22. If you are transitioning, you should not feel obliged to share any details; you can simply inform colleagues that you are transitioning. You will need to be aware that some of your colleagues may not believe in transgender or gender identities and, if this is a philosophical belief, it is protected under the EA. All views should be expressed in an appropriate and respectful way.

The UK is working to completely purge trans people from society. They are banning trans people from hospitals, banning their healthcare, banning them from bathrooms, protecting people that will harass them, and making it impossible to exist. This is all happening under Labour.

Also highly recommend another free program: MikuMikuDance. It comes with a handful of models of vocal synth characters but people have made countless models for it. You can pose them easily and I tend to use it when I need to figure out a more complex pose or angel.

Also wasn't going to bring this up because this last one is a non-issue but I feel like someone else might. Yes I know Meaty-chan is not actually a VOCALOID, but a UTAU. However, character wise, in recent years VOCALOID has become a blanket term similart to Nintendo with video games back in the day.

They also repeated the claim of Gackpo being retired when again, he is not. All of his voicebanks are still available for purchase, physical copies of his V4s are still being produced, and considering his recent A.I.VOICE voicebank I doubt a VOCALOID (or even Synth V!) update is off the table.

VOX Factory is not a company, but rather the engine she will be on. None of the other VOX Factory characters are VOCALOIDs either like they claimed. She is still being developed under her original company SBS A&T.

As for SeeU her situation has obviously changed since the first video was posted. While her V3 vbs are retired and no longer available for purchase, at the time she was still receiving attention and promotion and even concerts from her companies SBS A&T and STMedia.

OLIVER was also going to receive a update for Maghni AI, however due to the recent controversy with VocaTone (his developer and rights holder; PowerFX was only his distributor) that is up in the air. His V3 vb however, is still very much retired.

OLIVER is retired however that only happened in the past year with the dissolving of PowerFX and the last of his serial codes being sold off on the website SONICWIRE. 2011 is when his voicebank originally released, not when PoewrFX shut down.

2016 was when YAMAHA ended technical support inquiries for VOCALOID2. Not only do third party companies still offer technical support for their V2 VBs but several are still available for sale officially. Mostly digital but some are still officially available physically.

They also talk about VOCALOID2 as if it were a live service. It very much is not. While the software itself is not being updated, you can still activate and use the VOCALOID2 editor and voicebanks on your current machines without issue.

As for GACKT's dysphonia, if a company has voice samples, they can make a voicebank from it. CFM is actually known for recycling years old samples for their voicebanks. INTERNET Co's no stranger to this practice either. Lily Native (one of her V3 vbs) is a straight port of her V2.

All of Gackpo and Lily's voicebanks are still available for purchase. Their V2 voicebanks are no longer available physically, but download versions of them are available on INTERNET Co's digital store. Lily V3 and Gackpoid V4 also still have physical copies being made.

For the Retired VOCALODs video: For starters, a voicebank being retired means it's no longer available for sale anymore and a character being retired means that none of their voicebanks are available anymore AND they aren't being used officially anymore.

There are a couple videos going around, one talking about "retired" VOCALOIDs and the other about SeeU's revival that have some blatantly incorrect information in them stated as fact. And seeing people take it at face value is really frustrating so I just wanted to correct the info.
