ye MX2A honestly nicer than HG, the stock factory lube does help w the spring ping, although MX2A Browns are a little more tactile than HG Browns. but at that point it hopefully shouldn’t be too big of a difference for you!

ah, are you looking for a full size? that might be a little harder. if you’re open to having an external numpad, a tented ergo board can be arranged, or if your budget is big enough, an aftermarket WITF (What In The Fuck) would be also possible. however the WITF is not tented.

IMO this here is the best full size layout, a lot of full sizes have a blocker above the numpad, but i think that looks awkward…

hey, we all start somewhere, haha. although a Seneca would be quite the entry into the hobby. i will say, certain Topre/Realforce keyboards can feel somewhat similar to the Seneca, so you could make a “Seneca at home” with a Norbaforce housing, Realforce TKL, and the keycap set that i think he-

would not recommend keychron - they peddle AI slop and have bad business practices. in terms of low profile, i think Nuphy’s Air series are pretty good - i’ve just heard people having issues with the battery swelling, so you could remove it when you get it and be fine.
