An image of a greyscale cartoon of the style found in newspapers. It shows two Mayan priests and a group of white tourists, a man, a woman, and a teenage boy. One of the priests is patiently explaining something to the tourists who appear concerned. The caption reads

at the whole prediction interval."

A pbfcomics cartoon. Two dinosaurs, one bipedal, the other quadripedal, communicate telepathically:
- Xandar, our reign has gone long enough
- Indeed, summon the meteors
In the final window, meteors are falling and the two characters are facing them in a calm and content manner.

A black-and-white cartoon in the style of mid-20th century comic books. It shows a middle-aged man explaining a painting to three aliens. Everyone is dressed in the styles of clothing typical for 1960s American sci fi. The group is looking at a painting hanging on a wall. The painting looks like Magritte's pipe painting, showing a smoking pipe with a French text. In this version, the French text reads "Ceci EST une pipe." The caption states what the man is telling the aliens:

"This one is from the mid-2020s."

Dark Ages. Many of the greatest cities

lost the knowledge of writing and were
reduced to meaningless imitation of their
ancestors.

Laci (2016) by Tomáš Cetera (b. 1983) Plastic plate, H 18.8 cm W 18.8 cm D 0.4 cm www.webumenia.sk/dielo/SVK%3A...
The following description has been generated by Gemini 3.6 Fast Extended:

This relief artwork, titled "Laci" by artist Tomáš Cetera (2016), is created using sculpted, textured modeling clay (plasticine) on a square surface. It depicts an everyday scene on a Slovakian housing estate.

Key Visual Elements

The Building (Top Half):

The upper portion features the bright turquoise-green facade of a multi-story apartment block. It contains several rectangular, grey-framed windows set in simple geometric rows. In a lower-left window, a small, hand-sculpted figure in a pink top leans slightly outward, looking down toward the street. Hand-sculpted in vibrant, bubblegum-pink clay across the bottom wall of the building is the name "LACi", stylized like street graffiti.

Street Scene (Bottom Left):

Below the graffiti, the dark grey textured ground represents a courtyard or street. On the left, a small figure wearing a bright blue jacket is riding a bicycle while holding a white shopping bag. Near the center, a second figure wearing a red long-sleeved shirt stands on the pavement, facing away.

In the immediate foreground, two small, rounded clay blobs (one green, one cyan) sit on the ground.

The Cemetery (Bottom Right):

Separated from the street by a low grey concrete wall is a small, quiet cemetery plot. Inside the enclosure sits a dark grey headstone with a colorful bouquet of flowers placed on top, flanked by two tall, cone-shaped green evergreen trees.

Texture & Color Palette

The artwork relies heavily on saturated primary and secondary colors—vivid greens, bold blues, bright reds, and hot pinks—contrasted against dark grey and earthy red backgrounds. The visible fingerprints, ridges, and soft edges of the clay give the piece a rich, touchable, and dimensional quality.

20 years ago, the riots and protests of the fall of '06 heralded Hungary's post-2010 turn away from liberal democracy. The first came on Mon 18 Sept 2006, when far-right rioters sacked the public broadcaster's HQ, emboldened by the Socialist PM Gyurcsány's leaked party speech.
