I remember several years ago there was an anime short that was being dubbed, and it had Vic Mignogna in it. Several of the voice actors confirmed when the cast was revealed that they were not told that Vic was going to be involved, or that they were tricked into being in it by a third party

Learned it's National Coming Out Day. As of this week, it will have been 4 months since I realized I was non-binary. I've gotten more and more comfortable with it since then, and even went to a con in a dress a couple months after. Thank you to all who've supported me since doing so

136. Mike Tyson Mysteries Contender for the funniest Adult Swim show. It is constantly on it with the dialogue, & so much of it is so bizarre, and stupid, yet feels so natural. Also I'm impressed how this show feels like it's trying to one up each episode in how horrible of a scenario they can end

135. Forgotten Island Arguably Dreamworks most gorgeous film. The leads are great, & the constant mixed media in its visuals is a lot of fun. I will admit it is a little too hyper, & some jokes come off cringy, but when it's funny it's really funny and has some pretty heavy themes for a family film

134. Creepshow A more stylized film than I think most people would expect it to be. Each segment has it's own tone and everyone in the film does good with what they are given. Some segments are better than others (The Crate is way too long,) but it all amalgamates into a fun, gory experience

133. Final Destination More engaging than I was really expecting it to be. While the character aren't super deep, you like them all enough. The film has this constantly tense feeling of dread throughout that puts you on edge at multiple points, and it is a genuinely interesting idea.

132. Hotel Transylvania One of the most okay animated movies I think I've seen. Not super funny (even kinda cringy at times), but heavily carried by the performances and the cartoony animation. That being said the faces in this movie have always bothered me, their in this weird uncanny range

I was just talking a couple days ago about how there is basically no major modern kart racer. The last major kart racing release was arguably Nitro Fueled 7 years ago, and even then that has franchise behind it I think it's just hard to really make a standalone kart racer without some franchise tie

130. Tron Legacy One of the most visually and musically distinct movies of the last 15 years. While the plot isn't amazing, the way this world is depicted along with Daft Punks fucking incredible score just make for an amazing spectacle. It's a decent movie with an incredible style

129. Tux & Fanny I don't really know if I can fully articulate how I felt because it was so off putting & surreal. Sometimes funny, sometimes incredibly slow, sometimes visually complex, sometimes bizarrely poignant. I could see more people connecting with this but it wasn't really my thing.

128. Videodrome One of the most out there and bizarre horror films I've seen in a while. The film has Cronenberg's usual grotesque & creative body horror, a great lead performance from James Woods, and while also having some great mind bending moments that fuck with the viewer and the lead.

127. Matinee A very fun and charming film from Joe Dante. John Goodman absolutely steals every scene that he's in, the recreations of 50s B-movies are very fittingly cheesy, and the setting and period the film takes place make for a really unique set up for a coming of age film like this.

126. High Fidelity What if Ferris Beuller and Bojack Horseman had a baby, but it didn't have the charm one or depth of the other? It's not bad, the cast do a good job, there are funny moments & a couple good emotional beats, but it felt like it's head was up its ass because of the lead performance

124. In This Corner of the World Incredibly heartfelt yet brutally emotional. Given the setting and the period in time the film takes place, you're connecting with all these characters but also constantly on edge not knowing when or if something bad will happen to them & the 3rd act is devastating
