So, I finally finished these three pages, after an eternity. These brain worms had to get out of my head and I‘m quite satisfied with how page 3 has turned out. John Neville as Butler Desmond. She has no name yet. #myowncomic #johnneville #oldmanyearning #weneedmoresignsinhere

A fic with this anywhere in the description or tags is an automatic do-not-read for me tbh. Canon changes in fics can be cool or fun but I am generally searching up fics because I *like* the original story or source material.

Renya cheeses every puzzle she's ever come across. Sure, she's had to outrun cavern collapses and lava traps and poison darts a time or two, but hey, that's half the fun of treasure hunting.

Need more Veilguard fans to make some noise. Dragon Age rules and this is part of it. (Not this comic specifically but god I wish)

A comic by @quitodrawsstuff showing Karlach from Baldur's Gate 3 and Taash from Dragon Age: The Veilguard. Karlach is saying "you and I are gonna make a great team, Taash!" Taash replies "hell yeah! I can't wait to double-team a dragon with you, Karlach!" The bottom panels show Lace Harding from Veilguard with a shocked look on her face and a bleeding nose. In the final panel, she holds up a shirt saying "dragon".

Alive, well, and running the Lords of Fortune with her beloved Isabela. Mightily pissed off that Varric didn't tell her the BULLSHIT he was about to try.

Jeziparna Hawke, usually just goes by Jezi or Hawke. She has Tevine ancestry but culturally is Ferelden to the bone. She has shoulder-length wavy hair, medium-brown skin, brown eyes with arched, expressive brows, plush lips, and scars on her cheek and upper lip. She's wearing rogue armour with crow skulls on it. She is not a Crow; those are trophies.

The spin on Gaiders interview and Veilguard is pissing me off, so hey lets read what he ACTUALLY said: that EA fumbled DA because they are idiots, and the DAV team was set up to fail by management Tossing DAV under the bus for the clout is ironic, considering his whole point is that EA did that.

"The way EA looked at it was that Mass Effect was the slick, modern RPG that had action, and they could sell really easily.
Whereas Dragon Age was old-fashioned and focused on story. Our action, ranging from Dragon Age: Origins, was a little bit on the slow, cumbersome side, and then was too fast. They never knew what to do with it. So whenever a Dragon Age game sold well, we got excuses on the opposite side. Basically that it was a fluke."

It's worth noting that Dragon Age:
Inquisition beat EA's sales expectations and became BioWare's most successful game. But EA has always treated Dragon Age, as Gaider says, like "the redheaded stepchild"
"They gave us a head of marketing at one point who literally talked about having to put lipstick on a pig in order to sell it.
When you're on a team and you're hearing this, you're like, 'Alright, what am I supposed to do with this?'''

One of the other reasons Gaider hasn't played it is that he knows "too much about what went on behind the scenes," characterising development as an
"ordeal" where EA "handicapped" the team right from the beginning.
"Electronic Arts really did a number on them in terms of setting them up to fail, honestly. From everything I've been told about the game, it seems like that's exactly what happened. It didn't deliver on a creative level. It didn't deliver the sales. That's part of what EA likes to do too. They require a certain level of sales, and if you don't match that, it doesn't matter how good the game is. If it underperforms, you're essentially dead."
