Try settings>moderation>advanced Bluesky Moderation Services. There are a LOT more filters that don't show up under your normal content settings that you should be able to adjust.

patreon has new rules about consent for nsfw art that even if every character enthusiastically consents in every frame of a comic (or whatever else), if there's ANY "visual elements" that might indicate duress, it's now allowed. they are LITERALLY doing the meme.
