This is how I find out that I need some really cool trousers....for non piss related reasons.

"Mecha" Moira Daykin @mecha-moira.bsky.social · 12/10/2026

I keep doing this bit with Athena (Project Daydream's 4815) joking how every car I send her way is 48's car. But dammit, this might be a contender.

If noted hack Eli Roth can still get movies made today, ones that include AI slop, you *can* and *should* make your movie.

Rumors say it's an intriguing and curious story exploring how the fuck this asshole keeps getting to direct movies and not be chased out of town by a mob.

But you see, RFK is bringing us into the modern era... by fucking each clam one at a time.

"Mecha" Moira Daykin @mecha-moira.bsky.social · 25/09/2026

These things kinda just get left out of the movies. Which bothers me for a lot of reasons.

"Mecha" Moira Daykin @mecha-moira.bsky.social · 25/09/2026

A nightmare dream of a literal sea of blood and the people who died in his name. It's fucked up and brilliant. It's wild that there's a lot of healing that Tony does in the comics that the movies never approached. Forever bitter they never actually tackled his alcoholism. Same with Strange's hands-

110

"Mecha" Moira Daykin @mecha-moira.bsky.social · 25/09/2026

Catching up on a lot of '08 to '10' Iron man, and there's so much good shit in here that the movies refused to adapt. Tony making Stark Resilient, Detroit Steel, how blatantly corrupt Osborne is when running Hammer, Tony with his visions of the dead and his parents along with "The Stark Legacy"-

When the captain and first officer are flirting like college students on the bridge. You don't need to sneak. All eyes are elsewhere.

The fact that I can't play Disco Elysium while high on morphine feels like a fucking sin.

120

"Mecha" Moira Daykin @mecha-moira.bsky.social · 25/09/2026

OR doing "DOpE" That fact that HHHhhheee-rrow-in has been a vocal stim for months is amazing. I can't even explain why it's a thing now to other people.

110

"Mecha" Moira Daykin @mecha-moira.bsky.social · 25/09/2026

Sometimes medicine just be like that. But getting hits of morphine directly into the cannula be hitting like that WEED.

Also this isn't a slight against furries. Y'all are chill and you keep most of the tech and aerospace industry working. You're also probably the most well paid of us homos. So I'm slightly jealous.

Gallbladder pain is getting to that tedious point where I'm tempted to just become a full-time furry artist to pay for the 10 grands worth of surgery ... Anyway I've got some commission slots open and I charge reasonable rates. (This is not a joke)

Kind of wild how well you can totally redesign a character while keeping all of their iconic elements intact. Also, I frigging love the use of the bat emblem as a broach for securing the cape. 10/10 detailing.

Honestly, I keep thinking of the Bucky Box from Civil War. Give Raymond Reddington a cybernetic arm. As a treatie.

Actually surprised that on the Dangerous Rendezvous episode of the @fabthepodcast.bsky.social we didn't make the most obvious connection to the evils of the Mysterons...self driving Tesla cars.

There's something....DEEPLY ironic about Joker Roller Derby here naming her boat after the concept of Karmic reincarnation. Like....that's cheap first draft stuff. Fix that in the edit cos it's too on the nose.
