How many minutes we're going to get of Ware, Ament, Dieng vs how many minutes we should get already annoys me. And, no, I don't think Nate is going to be physically ready, and don't think Dieng has some all-star ceiling. But, still, should get the opportunity to get tested many times. And skeptical.

The Jalen Duren story has been annoying. But now, with 2 days left, it's fascinating. The Pistons can't go into Thurs without discussing any S&T's for an all-NBA young player and expect to get a solid return that day. And Jalen can't take the QO. Beyond reckless. I have no idea how this ends.

What if Ware and Rollins are both on the MIP list? That would mean they have all-star-adjacent production. That's the fastest way to the playin convo. You need an all-nba and 2 all-stars (tiers, not officially) to win a finals. Can they check the all-star box(es) (unofficially) early? That'd be fun!

It wasn't 20 mins of Bucks preview, because so much is unknown, but really appreciate Nekias and Steve took them seriously. The first nat'l pod this fall that didn't treat the fact that they will be playing games and things that happen will matter, as a throwaway. This is the gold standard pod duo 🙌

It's been really shitty that the further removed we get from it, the more we find out how many people weren't actually all that invested/committed to '25/'26. Some guys took GAs singular dominance for granted. He took health for granted. Some guys took history for granted. And guys flat quit. Booo.

It's not *just* that Gary Trent Jr. is overpaid. That got everyone's attention. The investigation is whether that overpay was agreed to prior to summer of '26. You can scream to the heavens you love him now, but did you know you'd love him in '24? Or did you grow to love him in his worst season?
