Woke up today finally with no pain in my ankle, but wore the compression sleeve just to be safe. I was out with my 3yo, carrying her back to the car bc she refused to walk, and I stepped off the sidewalk slightly into the grass with about an inch drop and almost fully rolled my ankle AGAIN
