You probably will slip, we all do, you might at some point not make it to the gym or eat that extra bit of food - that's all right, just DON'T beat yourself up if it happens. 💜 I'd also suggest maybe talking to a doctor, getting some tests. Meeting with a specialist nurse helped me a lot. :>

One of the reasons I bought an outgoing model of phone - it was the only one that was still had a 3.5 mm audio jack. I'm so sick of this cringe thing they're doing in tech with removing features... Fuck the consumers. No chargers, no right to repair, only Bluetooth and shit batteries for all! 🙄

I took some white flat bread, added the mashed potatoes, some coleslaw, fried onion, boiled sausage and a squirt of ketchup to make "hot dog wraps". I don't know if there is an English name for it, it's called "korvrulle" in Swedish (sausage roll), but I think sausage rolls are something else. 😅

I picked up some small taters from the store that were already starting to sprout a little, put them in some dirt, placed them in a sunny spot, watered 'em and 3½ months later, presto! 😱 Slowly been adding more pots to put potatoes in over the years, went from 1 to now having 7. 😅

There we go, finally managed to get myself outside to spray paint the upper front shocks with red rustproofing. And I also sprayed one side of the rubber protections, hopefully the correct side. 🤔 Even though I kept them outside for an hour my apartment still smells like spray paint. 🫪

First coat of new paint on the front mudguard and lower black parts of the front shocks, as well as the metal part that locks the seat in place. Also put the cylinder and cylinder head with their new gaskets back together today, also added a new choke wire and handle.
