I used to bike the PCH a lot and if you're looking just to stroll, I'd hit Sunset Beach and walk the path for a while. Huntington too is accessible but then you have Huntington people. 100

You can drive just a little further down PCH to Seal Beach and park for free. Little CB has a tidepool we used to take my son to. Crystal Cove is the best but also pricey. And steep. 210
