Under NY law VTL 402-b it is a $200 fine to obscure or obstruct your License Plate. Even road grime will earn you a ticket. This law is enables Flock cameras to spy on it's citizens. NY police are smart enough to know that they do NOT want to be tracked by Flock Cameras. #flock #spying

Some New York Police Cars have put on shaded license plate covers to prevent Flock cameras from collecting information on them.

NYezpass intentionally blocks reading other states transponders. Recently they blocked reading 28 of the 29 exits. Sometimes they create fake transactions. They blame the public by claiming that they can't read their license plates. If they read the transponders they would not have this problem.

Enneagram is much more definitive in determining behavior and attitudes. Takes a long time to become proficient. Usually about 2 years. 10 years to master really well. Genetically determined by DNA. Excellent for determining who to date. Need Riso & Hudson orange book to learn well.

I am old enough that the MMR vaccine was not available. 1 out of 100 kids had a serious allergic reaction. 1 out of 432 died. I had an allergic reaction and my hearing is permanently damaged. If my parents had the MMR option and didn't take it, I would disown them.
