Four happy, drunk women on the bonnet of a BMW. The bride hit the ground shortly after the photo was taken. The combined bulk of women dented the bonnet of the two week old car. The husband luckily was not cross about his poor car.

Yesterday we said goodbye to Teddy. A fantastic Good Boy. As close as a pup could get to a real boy. I loved him so much and he loved me back just as hard. He’d been abused before I found him. But we made each other feel safe. A heart dog and super star.

@rory-stewart.bsky.social 1951 Refugee Convention does not dictate that they need to stay in the first safe country. So if an asylum seeker wants to go to Britain to seek asylum, they can. You talk as if they can’t. And it demeans any authority you think you have.

11 years to the day since my last motorbike accident.

Post surgical shot of operation wounds. Wound on top of wrist, side of wrist, a few other wounds and a nice titanium pin sticking out the side. The other titanium pin is under the skin and constantly pierce through for the four months it was there. Joy.

Feeling chuffed. The young daughter of a dead friend (today is the 2nd anniversary coincidentally) needed a Plan B pill. I asked my bf to get her one. He didn’t hesitate. He’s done that and delivered it to her. He’s a good egg.

It’s 1am in my country. I’m up looking after my old friend. I’m months into 24/7 care. I get about three hours sleep and never go out. I’d do it forever for another 15 years. The best woog ever. (Have four others for comparison.)
