I also think TikTok as a whole is a bit simulacra at this point so that’s part of it too

1300

Also no shade to anyone still making videos! I just can’t hang like I used to lol

1280

Tis the natural cycle of these things and I really don’t think about TikTok much anymore anyway but I popped over there for a bit and was just like..oh yeah I’m good

1370

Truly can’t go on Gaylor TikTok anymore because the performanceartlor ancient texts (from 3 years ago lol) have been lost and it is stupidly annoying to see our og brain worms get recycled into simulacra territory not abt any 1 thing, I think that just means it’s truly over for me there

good actor? not really. Funny? yes. 😆

3110

he truly doesnt get enough credit for being very funny

1100

as someone who watched it happen on tv when I was 10... youre safe here lol

0110

belladonna as in... nightshade

2160

I mean I also hesitate to be like oh she is on our blogs but I do think we as a community subset have an assigned staff member who reports back things so who knows! lol

1100

Oh boy the implications!

060

The sky said today I would like to be the lover album

2570

agree! I'm more making a enjoy what you have while you have it because you might miss it once it is gone in its current state statement lol

150

I am so offended for them like how dare you say that about the one straight couple I find that endearing

2171

like I have said for so long... she doesnt get enough credit for how literal she actually quite often is

0441

Given the plot of the video the fact that Virgil was Dante’s guide is very interesting here!!!

1441

oh I absolutely agree, I'm more saying that the very specific secret club these people get me when no one else does because no one else believes this thing I believe leaves with the performance. It is a special circumstance that increases the magic and also bonding

0170

absolutely! the community itsef doesnt go away, but the allure of being the people who get it and being understood by only a select few goes away - and that itself is a huge bond-er

1230

Choosing to interpret Babylon from a Gaylor lens of people being desperate for this show to end but also not keeping in mind that when it does…the particular vibe of almost secret club kind of community we have cultivated during the performance goes with it
