The NFL requires balls that are kicked or thrown into the stands to be returned. Some teams have a program in place where an usher gives them a certificate and they can redeem it for a game-used ball.

I don't like the #USOpen policy of letting fans keep balls hit into stands. The integrity of 6 new balls lasting 9 games (7 after warm-up) is important. Better to have an exchange where an usher gives the fan a certificate to pick up a ball at a designated location after they return the game ball.

For everyone about to moan about the start time of the second match in the Ashe evening session: What are they supposed to do? There was 9.5 hours of tennis played. It started at noon. Two things will *never* happen on a quarterfinal day: moving a match to Armstrong and *one ticket for all 4 matches

I love the symmetry of the #14 men's and women's seeds at the #USOpen 🎾both being the Americans that are sort of sneaking up in the draw and into the consciousness of fans. For weekly tennis viewers, we've known all along, so it's nice to see both Iva Jovic and Learner Tien gain broader appeal.

Jeopardy is syndicated. It airs on different local affiliates everywhere, probably CBS where you are. So it's CBS here, NBC there, ABC somewhere else and so on. It's amazing given how much tv people watch and yet they know so little about its operations.

JV 😒 Ok, but he DID it. No one else has. The fact that he ran so many double & triple headers is astounding, regardless of the wins. He won multiple races per weekend many times. You're talking 1,000+ miles of RACING plus practice & quals in less than 72hrs. The dedication to craft is immeasurable
