Yes. This saying was used tongue-in-cheek around 2018. There was a lot of friction between the franchisor and the franchisees over some decision-making; someone made these hats. Had nothing to do with food or ingredients, all internal dealings with the McFamily relationships.

I acquired this relic years ago: battered and beaten. I can only imagine the number of Big Macs it made. Unsure whether to refurbish or leave as is. I believe it’s from the mid-70’s, crazy part, it’s an automatic movement and still works!

We sold so many that some restaurants ran out of beef and it strained our beef supply. That’s a lot! Partnering on discounts is a pretty rare occurrence but Corp did partner with us so we could offer it at an extreme discount of $6.
