Aurgh. I had a similar experience. My mom just died (💔) on the 30th of a 31-day month. I learned the hard way that we lose the whole month back unless they die on the 3rd of the following month. WTAF. Yet, the expenses for that month remain… Our tax dollars not at work. 😐
