Last night I spoke at the Shillelagh Shindig with the Butte-Silver Bow Democratic Central Committee in Butte. It was great to connect with the folks who understand what it means to work hard, support their families, and speak up for their communities. They deserve a strong voice in Washington.

The current system of career politicians in DC has led to generations of out-of-touch policies, fed by special interests who don’t have the people of Montana in mind. I signed a pledge to limit terms to 3 U.S. House terms and 2 U.S. Senate terms. Time to usher in a fresh generation of new ideas.

Several weeks into meeting with Montana's Tribal Nations I met with Confederated Salish Kootenai Tribes today. It was a good meeting and I look forward to getting back to have community meetings and town halls in the near future!
