So the first picture is not dramatic, but the second picture shows what is going on. I have a spiral fracture of the fibula. Find out tomorrow if I need surgery to stabilize it. Either way, I'm stuck on the couch for a long time.

Spring is busting out everywhere! I love the colors of the Japanese maple and the rhododendron! #gardening #pnwlife #flowers

Oliver romped through my gardens while I weeded. He discovered the hillside and all the steep, wild parts of the yard, so he was very happy. #gardening #Australianshepherd #doglover

One last shot of Athens and the Acropolis, this time at dusk when it was lit up. #Greece #Acropolis

Probably the last of our Greek photos as we leave for home tomorrow and we only have the evening in Athens tonight. #Greece

We took a beautiful boat ride around the island of Hydra, stopping at some iconic beaches where, if it's warmer, you can sunbathe and swim along with the mega rich. Not shown -- the massive yacht anchored in one of the bays. The big white house is, according to our captain, "one rich lady's house."

Our first day on Hydra, Greece was filled with sunshine, donkeys, cats, beautiful ocean scenes, and tiny exquisite houses.

Busy day yesterday! We saw the Roman Agora and the Greek one, as well as beautiful little churches, tortoises and cats. So many cats!

The Acropolis was gorgeous. Lots of preservation work being done, and there was even a cat to oversee it all.

First evening in Athens was beautiful. Staying near the Acropolis, which we can see from our room. Breakfast is on the rooftop with a great view as well.

Loving this daffodil and wishing everyone in the world could just be enjoying flowers instead of all the crap going on. #gardening #daffodil #pnwlife

I worked this chunker in the round pen today. It was in the mid-70s and Indie was definitely feeling good. #horses

Lyra has become my quilting room cat. She's terrified of Oliver, who freaks out when he hears her tiny meow coming up from the basement. I don't know when they'll ever meet. #catlovers #catlife #cats

If you need a laugh, here's Oliver trying to reach the last kibbles of horse feed in an otherwise empty bag. He was in the garage while I made up bags of feed and supplements. This was minor trouble. Next, he started chewing the bags and throwing them around. #australianshepherd #gardening

We had a visitor to our feeder yesterday. It tried to catch another bird, which was the first I saw of this hawk, but the other bird escaped. All the others that had been flocking around the feeders disappeared. Pretty cool. #pnwlife #gardening #birding
