Their extinction is more than the loss of a species; it is the disappearance of a unique branch of life that can never be replaced. Which extinct species do you think had the most fascinating story?

maybemuneeb @maybemuneeb.bsky.social · 02/10/2026
Extinction is the point of no return-when the last individual of a species disappears, its story becomes part of Earth's history. Over the past century, many remarkable animals have vanished forever due to habitat loss, hunting, environmental changes, and other human-driven pressures.

How can international environmental law ensure accountability when countries that contribute significantly to climate change are not the ones experiencing its most severe consequences?

We’re damaging Earth’s invisible shield, and our health is at stake. The ozone layer protects us from harmful UV radiation. When it thins, our risk of skin cancer, eye damage, and ecosystem disruption increases. Let’s keep protecting our planet’s natural shield.

Democracy is just a façade to make democratic countries look more superior and moral than other countries, the moment that democracy doesn't go their way anymore that's when the mask drops.

If a politician takes money from weapons manufacturers, don't be surprised when they back weapons contracts. If a politician takes money from Big Pharma, don't be surprised when they try to stop guaranteed healthcare. That's why I don't take ANY corporate money. None.

Every time I see plastic floating in the sea, I wonder: How did we let this happen to something we all depend on? Plastic, oil, chemicals, and sewage are destroying marine life, and the damage eventually comes back to us. The ocean cannot speak, but its suffering is real. Reduce plastic.

Absolutely. It’s disturbing to think that plastic has reached even the deepest parts of our oceans. It reminds us that what we throw away doesn’t simply disappear; it stays in our environment and can return to affect ecosystems and human life.

Whenever I see a wildfire, I don’t just see flames; I see a warning about the world we’re leaving behind. Hotter temperatures, longer droughts, and drier forests give wildfires more fuel, letting them spread faster and burn longer. Our everyday choices can help protect the places we call home.

It starts with what I choose to buy, use, and throw away every single day. I may not be able to eliminate plastic from my life overnight but I can use less, refuse unnecessary single-use plastic, and encourage others to do the same.

It can break down into microplastics (<5 mm) and move through our water, soil, food, oceans, and air. This has changed the way I look at my own choices. I’m realizing that environmental responsibility isn’t only about big projects or policies.

The more I study environmental pollution, the more one thing bothers me: we can’t simply “throw plastic away.” I see plastic everywhere in my daily life like bottles, wrappers, packaging, synthetic clothes, and countless things we use for minutes and discard. But plastic doesn’t just disappear.

No i am a student and doing my thesis on the topic of plastizers present in the human body though different mediums like hairs, nails, blood, and urine.

maybemuneeb @maybemuneeb.bsky.social · 19/09/2026
Yeah am also doing my research on that topic.

maybemuneeb @maybemuneeb.bsky.social · 18/09/2026
What if the plastic we throw away is coming back… inside us? Microplastics are entering our water, food, and air—turning a pollution problem into a threat we can’t simply see. We created plastic for convenience. Now we’re living with its consequences.

It hurts to see our oceans, a source of life, becoming a dumping ground. Plastic, untreated wastewater, oil, and chemicals are destroying marine habitats and threatening aquatic life. I believe ocean protection starts on land with us. What is one change you can make to protect our oceans?

maybemuneeb @maybemuneeb.bsky.social · 15/09/2026
A sustainable society starts with us. I’ve learned that even small choices like saving water and energy, reducing waste, avoiding unnecessary plastic, and inspiring others so we can create meaningful change. I may not change the world alone, but I can play my part. 🌱

We’re moving toward a smarter world—but is it becoming a greener one? Behind every cloud service, AI tool, and online platform are data centers consuming energy, water, and resources. Technological progress should not come at the expense of environmental sustainability.

Your next AI query has an environmental footprint you probably don’t see. Data centers consume huge amounts of energy and water, while generating carbon emissions, heat, noise, and e-waste. Can we build a smarter digital future without putting more pressure on our planet?

As an Environmental Science student, I believe protecting the ozone layer starts with responsible choices today. Let’s reduce harmful emissions, support sustainable practices, and protect the atmosphere we all depend on. 🌍💙 Protect the ozone. Protect life. Take action.

What if the invisible shield protecting us became weaker? That’s the concern with ozone depletion. A thinner ozone layer allows more harmful UV radiation to reach Earth, affecting human health, ecosystems, crops, and biodiversity.

A forest is not simply a collection of trees—it is a home for biodiversity, a carbon sink, a regulator of water and climate, and a source of life.
