Noelle Knight is a really cool theory! However, I do have one issue: If Noelle really is The Knight, how would she be able to move from her house to the dark world inside the church during Chapter 4? Kris and Susie can go straight there and encounter The Knight, who is already present.

I think it all comes down to time spent in the air. Since aeromorphs are already made out of plane, flying is as easy and convenient as going for a run. Of course, experienced non-aeromorph pilots are likely flying just as often, anyways.

Oh! I'm gonna double up on the house placements, so those are the houses from the south side of the street we see.

The camera is pointing down at those weird houses, aiming south-ish from the residential street. Forward to back, there is the steet, the driveways, the houses, the backyards, a layer of forest, THEN Sans's house and Sans'.
