Finally we have the fifth and final layer, the Coherence Sink/ Afterflow Layer:- Asha doesn't always produce perfectly clean results. Sometimes an effect leaves behind contradictions, instability, or strange leftover energy so this layer deals with it. Think of it like the cleanup system.

So the Identity Anchor connects things like your memories, personality, consciousness, soul, and sense of self together in a way that keeps the caster humanity intact. So if something tries to change what you are, the Identity Anchor essentially says: "Lol Nope" to whatever it is.

Depends on the spell but on average it usually consumes Asha or Metus energy needed and also physical/mental stamina. And they is also the time taboo where any harnesser attempting to use their core to manipulate or travel through time is exposed to endless or at least nearly endless information.

Basically depends cause the term magic refers to spiritists but for Asha harnessers they are called that. Harnessers in general are used for everyday life and infrastructure as well in the world given how versatile Asha is even outside combat.
