Getting goosebumps on a week post opp top surgery chest is the strangest feeling ever. But also is the occasional spasm i keep feeling🧍 my nerves are trying to find my nipples. They aint gonna find them….

My only two movements is bum shuffling and pointing sadly at things i cant pick up🦐

2 seconds later i nearly fainted 🧍 the sudden release of pressure hit me fast. Could barely keep it off for 10 minutes-

Crazy how little bruising i have tho! Genuinely so so happy. I’ve cried too many times so far…🧍
