Sorry for not saying much on here recently. I've just been in a shitty mental state for a while and I told myself a while ago to not vent too much here but idk, I think when I end up silent for like a month I feel some obligation to give an update what's going on with me.
I've just been seriously dismissing how I've been feeling and bottling everything up and it's catching up to me now. I kept telling myself it's stupid to feel this way because by all means I should be fine because work is going fine and I'm hanging out with friends and yet this feeling doesn't go away, because I guess I've just been ignoring myself.

I've had such an overwhelming feeling of loneliness the past while and I just don't know how to deal with it. I want to be better friends with people but somehow I don't feel like I know how to do so. I feel like I just can't make friends somehow and that I have just the wrong combination of interests that nobody wants to be friends with me.
On top of that I feel like I'm just falling behind on everything, never able to accomplish anything which leads to further anxiety and stagnation which halts even further progress on anything. It has just been a downward I can't get out of.

To save you some time I went on a big tangent about how I think nobody likes me even though I know it's not true. The issue is that I struggle to feel that truth. I just hide myself away because I feel unwanted with everything I do despite facing proof of the opposite. And I don't know how to get rid of that feeling. And it's just been a cycle of feeling like I can't express anything which leads to not talking about it and then I feel even more lonely because everyone else is having a great time and I just pretend I'm also doing fine while I hide away and barely interact with anyone.

This isn't anyone's fault by the way. Everyone has been kind to me so far, no one did anything to set this off or upset me. I just haven't told anyone anything about how I'm doing because I thought it would just go away or I could fix myself but hasn't and I can't. So I'm putting this here before things get worse for me.
