I went into game and randomly choose to build in Sun Myshuno in 888 Spire Apartment I believe and noticed it didn't bounce around anymore. Could it be they fixed it? I haven't touched apartments in a long time for that reason so I wouldn't know if they have.

After playing Paralives for a good amount of time one thing that is really bothering me is the absence of ambient occlusion on the objects. Of course I knew this when I bought the game, but I know the game would be even more visually appealing if this was added, well at least for me personally.

Oh yeah get it it’s probably be better to launch on a Monday Tuesday to avoid expensive overtime while they monitor stability. I did dig a little deeper out of curiosity and back when they only sold physical products Tuesday was a agreed spot when new games hit the shelves of retailers.

It may be off because usually shadows are very demanding on the hardware. I learned they are calculated in real-time so they might want to avoid adding unnecessary issues.

If you haven't already you should turn on the ceilings cast shadows setting in the gameplay tab. It makes a huge difference in how the game looks in my opinion. It's off by default.
